About Us
At Janni's Falafel we aim to provide you with a new, exciting, healthy eating alternative.
For those with a vegetarian or vegan based diet (or those that just want a refreshing change) in a healthy, nutritious, filling meal, but without all the calories, we can supply you with a healthy product which you can quickly and inexpensively turn into great recipe ideas (see our recipes page for the latest mouthwatering examples).
All of our recipe ideas are using the popular "falafel" vegan product, which we supply in a frozen, processed form, making it easily available for use.
We are based in the midlands region of the U.K, enabling easy distribution of our product, which we are able to supply in whatever quantities you require.
The business is the brainchild of restaurant partners Stefan and Jo. Stefan has over 15 years experience as a chef, he has previously worked in France, Spain and the Isle of Man to gain a wider experience of cooking methods, styles and flavours. In England he has enjoyed being the Executive Chef of a successful bar and restaurant in addition to developing his own unique styled dishes and trying new products, such as falafel.
Jo has a sales and marketing background and also worked in a busy front of house position in the restaurant where she and Stefan met. They have combined their love of good food and customer service with their dream of owning their own restaurant, and delivering an enjoyable and memorable experience for all their customers.
